Fast shipping and great choices. It's a bummer they don't take Apple Pay.

A couple of months back, I ordered some Merrell sandals. They sent me the wrong size, and I had to pay for the return myself. Now, after waiting eight weeks, I’ve been told they still haven’t been received or processed. Looks like I can forget about getting my money back. The customer service is just awful. I wouldn’t use this place again or suggest it to anyone.

Hey there! I’m totally gonna shop at Fitness Footwear again and will be telling my pals and family about them. I got myself a pair of Salomon Outpath Pro GTX boots, and I’m really happy with them. Plus, the delivery speed was impressive! I made my order on a Sunday night, choosing the free delivery, and they were on my feet by Tuesday night. Also, the price was the best I could find online.

I got my package on Saturday, but they sent me the wrong thing. I couldn't reach out to them until Tuesday because of the Bank Holiday. I really needed the item for Sunday. Super disappointing.

Just picked up another pair of kicks from Fitness Footwear. My only complaint is that there was oddly no paper included in the box with the shoes. Other than that, they’re fantastic.

Sadly, they didn’t have another pair in my size, but within about 10 minutes, I got an email with return instructions and a pre-paid postage label. About 5 days later, my bank account was credited with the purchase amount. I would’ve kept the shoes since they were exactly what I wanted, so I can’t complain about how Fitness Footwear dealt with my issue. They were quick to ship, provided excellent service in sorting things out, and refunded my money promptly.

I picked up a pair of Salomon RX Slides, but the first ones were too small, so I returned them and got a larger size. The whole process was a breeze. I won’t think twice about ordering again. Big thumbs up from me!
